CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT | Brielle waited in front of the chosen tomb for her two companions to join her. The sun was setting casting long shadows throughout the cemetery she sat in. Evening was the best time to raid almost anything in a city. Guards eyes would be adjusting to the increasing darkness of night and were less likely to notice someone slipping into a house or in this case a tomb. Brielle's own eyes adjusted must faster than any human's. She wouldn't even need the torch she brought with her, it was more for her companion. Some elf woman named Aaliyah who had signed up to help her, she hoped they would be more help and less hindrance but this was a relatively easy raid according to the rumors so she wasn't too worried. |
