An interlinked network of Towers acting as the residential district for Cydonia. Each resident and family receives a number of chambers on each floor based on the number of people and the amount they are willing to pay. Despite this, even the lowest fare chambers are rather nice.
The tower housing the Representative and all those that work under them. The lower floors contain libraries with stores of knowledge with the upper levels containing living quarters and work quarters.
The tower not only housing the merchants and traders of Cydonia, but also the banks and wealthy families. It would seem odd to put nearly all the money of Cydonia in one place, but it is also one of the most heavily fortified towers in the City-state.
To the south-west is the City-State of Cydonia, home of the Elven Representative. Due to its location in a floodplain, they have built upwards rather than outwards, resulting in much of the city being contained in large white tours interlinked by bridges and roads. The land between is difficult to navigate, making it perfect for the specially trained cavalry of Cydonia to fend off attackers.
