Appearance

Sir Amarantos is a man with a tall and muscular physique, having a height of 190 centimeters and a weight of 85 kilograms. He has a long platinum blonde hair which is almost silver in color. His eyes are as fierce as that of a lion with bluish green pupils. He has a brownish skin that exposes his muscular frame but lacks any appearance of scars or crudeness. He daunts clothing as dark as the night covering from his chest to his legs. The warrior's entire body is covered by an intimidating yet awe-inspiring silver armor he inherited from his adoptive father who was once the captain of the guards.

As the captain of the guards, his presence is truly intimidating to his fellow guardsmen. His eyes cut through hesitations and fear rendering anyone to let themselves be led by Amarantos. His voice is as deep as the sea but will not hesitate to raise it if needed. He dislikes wearing materials or clothing that outside his occupation and would almost every day wear his set of armor and leather clothing. Along with his armor, he has a dark scabbard with a cross engraved to it on his back with his silver sword that shines "gold" sheathed on it.

Personality

Sir Amarantos is man who is devoted and loyal to his position, occupation and affiliations. As the captain of the guard, he is strict to his fellow guards, disciplined as its leader and just to the people he defends. People will see him as man that embodies the role of a "defender of the city" whose heart and body is as sturdy as the greatest of metals while those who despise the guards may see him as merely but a loyal dog. For Amarantos, he accepts both, regardless if a compliment or not. Like this case, he is man that accepts anything and will continue moving on. However, when it comes to acting as the city's guard, "failure to do thy job" is not an option and will reject anything that involves it. He treats everyone in the city that he defends equally. He does not discriminate people and will value everyone in equal footing whether if they are rich or poor.

As a man of justice, Sir Amarantos is audacious, just and broadminded. He sees and accepts anything he realizes or learns and does not close his mind to things he knows. He is firm to his believes yet he is not afraid to be enlighten by new ideas. In short, he may possess a pride of a warrior of justice but is willing to lower it if it is needed. As a man who wants to embody the title of "Ally of Justice", Sir Amarantos will always be there when there is the cry for help. He will never be hesitant to give his all to help anyone in need regardless of race or social status. As long as they are not in the wrong, and is in need, Sir Amarantos will not look away.

To his enemies and those that embodies evil, he has the "iron hand". He is not afraid to unsheathe his blade to cleave those who seek to destroy the peace and order of the city of Dracon or any place outside of it. He will not rest until those that are against the sense of order and justice are put to justice. That is when he becomes someone different; A monster in the banner of justice. Even if that person is a woman, or a young boy or girl, as long as they have committed a grave crime, they would have to face justice and learn from their crimes. A man of honor and valor and at the same time a man who is a follower of "justice". He may also  be given the title of the "slave of justice" is what Sir Amarantos truly is.

History

Regulus was the second youngest child of a famed aristocrat family. When he was 8 years old, the family was traveling to Dracon in a caravan guarded by skilled guards were attacked by a notorious band of Bandits. Although the guards were skilled, they were overpowered by the sheer number of the bandits and the traps they had set up. Eventually, most of the guards fell and some who survived escaped, leaving Regulus and his family defenseless. His father, who was a proud man, tried to defend the family but died doing so leaving only Regulus and his elder and younger sister with their mother alone. The bandits captured them and put them in jail for the hopes of selling them in slavery. His elder sister was beautiful and so the slaves though she would make money as a manservant and took her away. Their mother, on the other hand, was killed because she was priceless. It was a nightmare for the siblings.

Three days later, the auction for slaves will begin and siblings were about to be sold. However, only his younger sister was bought because she was a young girl thus leaving Regulus alone. No matter how much he pleaded, he was unable to be with what only family he had. A day later, a group of soldiers from Dracon stormed the bandit's hideout, killing those who resisted and arrested those who asked for mercy. Regulus was saved by the group of soldiers.

"Boy, do you wish to live?"

An armored soldier with a large greatsword asked the young boy.

"My family is gone. I am all alone. How can I live?"

Regulus asked with tearful eyes.

"Move forward with your life. Find meaning why you are alive."

That was what the man had told to the young boy. He was adopted by the soldier and took on his "name" as his Surname to erase the existence of the aristocrat blood inside Regulus. It was not that he resented it. It was just a matter of way for him to move on and forget his ties with that world.

He trained under the soldier's watch and devoted himself to the blade while swearing to the utmost ideal of "Justice".

That was the beginning of Regulus Amarantos who was given the title, "Silver Battlement", of Dracon who would devote his life for the sake of being an "Ally of Justice."

Other Information

He has two sisters that are still alive: an older and a younger sister. Though their names and status are obscure, they are somewhere out there even though Regulus has given up searching for them.
