So this is...a very meatgrinder class, to put it bluntly. This ultimately reads "All of your allies deal 8 more damage and take 8 less damage", and that is the entire class, save the random Immunity skill that doesn't really add anything to the class. The reason I say this is because at Tier 4 in this class, you have "All allies gain 4 Attack Damage and 4 Armor". Now, you also have "All Enemies lose 4 Attack Damage and 4 Armor". The 4 armor gained by your allies and the 4 lost damage by enemies is a net loss of 8 damage taken to each ally. Now, the 4 attack damage you gain and the 4 armor they lose is a net gain of 8 damage in the long run.
Conceptually I like the idea. A front-line leader class would certainly be an interesting addition, but frankly the execution leaves much to be desired. All this does is passive effects that don't make the class stand out. These effects are not even conditional beyond the very out of place immunity that protects from the Fearful Aura. Basically all Prestige Classes give conditional bonuses based on certain circumstances (such as taking a certain amount of damage or wielding a certain kind of weapon). This class reads as effectively an unconditional massive gain in damage and a massive penalty to enemy damage. Sure it doesn't apply to Magic damage, but neither do most classes that deal in this. Some passive effects are fine, but virtually all Prestige Classes give you something to do beyond simply "I bash it in the face moar". You literally make no strategic choices in this class and gain no new tricks or things to use in a fight, so the class simply exists.
I'm going to make a quick proposal for some ideas on how to fix the class up to be less meatgrinder and more actual class. Make the first level something like "Grants allies an Attack Aura or Defense Aura based on the player's action. Using an Attack Action yields the Attack Aura, granting allies a +4 Attack Damage bonus, while using an Defend Action yields the Defense Aura, granting allies a +4 Armor bonus. Your active aura is dependent on the last action you took on your turn." This is just one suggestion, you can come up with something else but this is something more along the lines of what I think would work.
As well, replace the Tier 2 and Tier 4 effects. An Intimidating Aura is eh, especially because it reduces Armor. Why would it even do that? As well, simply doubling the effects of your Auras is a really lame capstone ability. If you absolutely have to have the intimidating effect, perhaps make it the opposite effect of the Tier 1 instead of the Defense Aura and find a different way to switch the aura. Also, replace the Tier 3 with a Martial Ability. All Prestige Classes give an Ability at Tier 3, and frankly randomly getting an Immunity Skill doesn't fit at all.
I'll leave it at this for now and see what comes of the changes.
