Skill Name: Swing and Sing
Skill Type: Bladesinger
Skill Effect: The Bladesinger is capable of singing a personal song while fighting, allowing them to use one song per turn free of action cost. This Song is automatically ranked down to Tier 2 at max, and will only effect the Swordstress or a single enemy rather than all nearby enemies or allies. If this is done, the Swordstress cannot use any other songs this turn.
