The Goblin King
Details: The being responsible for increasing Goblin and Ogre raids upon the City-States of Terra Heroum. Although the being in question is referred to as "The Goblin King", many speculate it is not a Goblin at all-- But none have seen the great phantasm responsible for bolstering and commanding these armies from afar, so it is known only as the Goblin King. Nothing is known of the King, besides that they must be a Phantasm of extraordinary power, and at least capable of giving out pacts to the Terran races. But as the green skinned hordes become bolder and bolder at striking out at the Terrans populations, it is only a matter of time before somebody tracks down and puts an end to the unseen King. Anyone who managed the task would certainly gain renown as a hero across all of Terra Heroum.
