Likewise in relationships, Jaesom will only look out for himself, even when on a job. |
history,
The early life of Jaesom Coroway is not very exciting. A basic summation of it would be he was born to a elf couple much too early in their relationship. The strain on a couple just starting out was too much and the two adults parted ways, the babe Jaesom being taken by his mother. While raised by his mother he went through all the normal phases of growing up: terrible twos, rebellious teenage years, and so on. During his rebellious teenage years is when his life starts to get interesting.
In his early teens he joined a small gang of similar aged children of all races, befitting their home city of Dracon. Soon the gang morphed into something more and by the time Jaesom was around sixteen he was a member of a group of highway bandits. Nearly everyday they would ambush some unsuspecting merchant, never anything larger than a small caravan out of personal safety. One day that all came to an end, as guards from Dracon disguised themselves as a small caravan and trapped the bandits in battle. Jaesom was one of the few to make it out alive, and that was only because he ran as soon as things began to go south.
Seeing how brutal it could be once on the wrong side of the law, Jaesom began to reinvent himself Knowing he'd have to leave Dracon as well, he joined up with a large caravan and insinuated himself amongst the merchants. He soon found himself apprenticed to a bard that had been traveling with the caravan and was taught how to read and write as well as how to play a harp. The years passed as did the senior bard, leaving Jaesom alone in the world, except for his mother who he had frequently wrote too.
Jaesom soon learned he could take his skills as a bard to a different level than most. He began seeking out higher class citizens in the major cities and playing for them. While in their manors and courts and while playing their parties Jaesom would listen and learn the secrets of the lords and ladies of Terra Heroum. He would then offer those secrets to rival nobles for a higher price. For now, that is how he survives in Terra Heroum.
