| The central city of Dracon. Smaller than she expected then again Ba'dagar is quite large and difficult to scale. This place looked as though you could walk around it a single day. Brielle decided that she would do just that after she finished her other errands.
The half-beast had come here to restock her supplies and to send a parcel off to her family in Ba'dagar. So she found herself in what appeared to be some merchant square. She had already restocked her potions and only needed food fit for travel and to find a decent post office to get her package to Ba'dagar.
"Excuse me. Where would I find a post master in this city?" She asked around. Numerous people gave her directions that lead her to dead ends and dark alleys. Not the way she wanted to spend her day, getting mugged. She hoped someone would soon answer her truthfully. "Excuse me. Where would I find a post master in this city?" She kept asking.

Robin was not usually the sort to approach someone that he had next to no knowledge of, but things were different in Dracon. This was his city. He knew it better than he knew the back of his hand. As such he had a kind of home field advantage, at least in his mind, and tended to notice more quickly than others when something unfamiliar arrived. This young lady that he was tailing was one such unfamiliar thing. At this point he was half genuinely interested and half bored enough to convince himself that he was interested. You simply didn’t see a lot of cat people around these parts.
Seeing as she was indeed a cat, it was likely that she’d already noticed him. There was no point in pretending he wasn’t following, then. There were a thousand reasons why a young man might follow a young lady as pretty as her, after all. Most of them were more annoying than suspicious. “The post master?” He said, just now going to formally meet her for the first time. “That’s easy enough. I’ll take you to him.”
He smiled and extended his hand. “I’m called Robin. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

| Brielle was contemplating giving up asking for directions. Thankfully she was approached by a young man who claimed to know the correct route to the post master. "Thank you. You'd think none of the people have ever sent a letter before." She joked to her new guide. "It's a good thing you rescued me from a fate such as that."
A chuckle passed through the smile on her lips. "My name's Brielle by the way." She said taking his hand. "So, what's a nice guy like you doing wandering around Dracon?" She asked him. "Obviously you aren't just another pretty face helping damsals in distress find a mail box." Her ears twitched while she asked Robin this.

Robin was admittedly a little bit shocked that she’d just up and taken his hand like that, but he tried not to let it show on his face. He was not a very touchy sort of person. Even little things like taps on the shoulder and hugs would get you slapped if you attempted them at the wrong time. She obviously didn’t mean anything by it, though, and so that was fine. He needed to learn to cool off.
“Well, for starters, I live here. There are plenty of friendly Draconians. You’ve just got to know where to look.” He said with another smile. “Now, what brings you here?"
This place was indeed rather intimidating. He sometimes wondered what it looked like to newcomers – what with the big walls and everything. Bu now it was so familiar to him that it was almost calming.

| When Brielle took the hand offered to her she could have sworn the young man tensed up. He seemed to have relaxed but she wasn't so sure. "Well, this isn't really my first time here but it is my first time alone. Last time I was with a group of like-minded adventurers." She explained while releasing his hand. "I'm just sending a letter back to my family to keep them from worrying about me. Besides I have a couple I'm meeting for a little exploration expedition here in the city." Brielle wasn't sure how well a Dracon native would take learning that she planned to raid a tomb here in the city.
"You know this might sound crazy buy you smell different than most men." She said out of nowhere. Most men had a similar smell to each other that her beastly sense of smell was about to ascertain.

For a moment Robin looked a bit confused, but then he laughed. “Oh, do I? I’m not sure how to take that.” He said. “Is it a compliment? If so, I thank you.”
Those beastfolk and their noses – it was sort of incredible, if also inconvenient. He didn’t know how much he’d have enjoyed living in the poorer part of Dracon with an oversensitive nose. That sounded like a nightmare. Perhaps her home was better smelling.
“Anyhow, what’s this about an exhibition?” He asked. “That sort of thing goes far over my head. What exactly are you exploring?”

| "Take it as you will." Brielle replied nonchalantly. "I didn't mean anything bad by it, it's just the last guy I met who smelled like you was a complete diva. We were in a group exploring some ruins for loot. He complained about everything from it being too hot, too dirty, too dark. Too many bugs. If it weren't for an unfortunate bathing mishap I would have assumed he was a woman in disguise." The beastfolk girl shuddered at that memory. What had made it worse was that he had tried coming on to her during that mishap.
She was suddenly snapped from reliving that awful, if somewhat hilarious, memory by Robin asking about the expedition. "Uh, yeah. A couple people and I are planning on exploring a uh, place here in the city." She skirted around the question. "It supposedly has a pretty hefty sum of loot in there." She looked down at the pavement of the street they were on. "It might be a tomb in the cemetery here in the city. Kind of a mauseleum really. Some minor elf noble's buried there with some shinies." She looked at her new found friend, trying to gauge how he'd react to a tomb in his city being raided by three noncitizens.
