Custom Ability Template:
Ability Type: Magic Ability Effect: Creates an illusion that lasts for 2 turns, all base attack damage dealt to the conjurer of this illusion is transferred to the illusion. The illusion starts of with half the health of it's conjurer. AoE damage deals damage to both the user and the illusion as they normally would. Ability Cost: 1 Mana and Two Actions

I understand the concept of the ability, but it doesn't fully make logical sense. Somehow, even if both you and the illusion are caught in an AOE Attack, you're magically unscathed? That doesn't quite line up with how this kind of "No this one was the real me all along" kind of illusion trick works. This is more a straight life transfer, or automatic meat shield. This also is rather powerful for a Tier 1 ability and invalidates quite a few other effects, so I'm going to have to say no to it in its current state.

Okay, so that addressed one problem. However, the major issue becomes the fact it starts with half of the caster's HP. That makes it incredibly powerful out of the box because it can tank more damage than the actual tanking ability does (being only 10 HP). I get that this is "self-only" and thus more limited, but unless you're going out of your way to make a support why would you ever take the actual damage prevention ability compared to this? In almost every circumstance this is more powerful.
The two actions doesn't really help it in this case.
